“Massive” Mario Kart LEGO Set Rumour Surfaces Online

It could be a big year for Nintendo’s racer.

Nintendo-related LEGO leaks have been quite accurate in the past – with perhaps the biggest one of the lot so far being The Legend of Zelda Deku Tree set. Now, new rumours have surfaced online about another “massive” Nintendo-themed set.

According to multiple reports, the next major Nintendo set could be a Mario Kart one valued at $169.99 and launching in July 2025. (thanks, Brick Fanatics). Multiple Lego leakers have apparently shared evidence of listings for this new set including the product code 72037.

Level-5 CEO Reveals Fresh ‘Fantasy Life i’ Screenshots, Teases More Info Coming Soon

Stealing more time.

After a handful of delays, we are slowly creeping up on the April 2025 release window for Level-5’s much-anticipated Fantasy Life follow-up, Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time. With the countdown officially on (assuming it isn’t pushed again, of course), Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino has taken to Twitter to share a fresh look at the game — and it’s looking really rather swell.

Translated via Google, Hino prefaced the screenshot drop by stating that major information reveals for the game have been slightly delayed by issues with “compatible models and new hardware” (what could he possibly be referring to there, eh?), but the visuals and content have developed to make the upcoming title “one of the best RPGs out there”. No pressure there, then.

Talking Point: Which ‘Tales’ Game Will Come To Switch Next?

It’s Karma.

Big, bold characters. Comfortable story beats that deal with multiple worlds, gods, and the power of friendship. Confusingly titled battle systems. And colourful anime openings featuring J-pop songs. The Tales series has made a name for itself over the last 30 years for many different reasons, and it’s why many — myself included — call it the comfort-food JRPG.

Despite growing up with big names like Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy, I can pinpoint the exact moment I knew that RPGs were my genre: Tales of Symphonia‘s release on the GameCube. It was cheesy, over the top, full of heart, and exactly what I needed as I stood on the brink of my teenage years.
