Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection Trailer Introduces Online Play And Other New Features

“Additional titles will support online play after release”.

We’re now roughly a month out from the release of Yu-Gi-Oh! Early Days Collection on the Switch and Konami has this week released an “official trailer” showcasing what this new bundle has to offer.

Once again, it will include 14 games – starting with the original Game Boy generation and following on with Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance era titles. This latest trailer not only offers a look at this library but also introduces some new features including “online play”.

Stardew Valley Creator Doesn’t Want To ‘Close The Book’ On Its Development

Stardew Valley is perhaps one of the best-supported indie games of all-time with Eric ‘ConcernedApe’ Barone now working on the title for over 12 years. While there have been questions raised about the farming and lifestyle sim’s future now that the creator’s attention has (mostly) shifted to his new project, what is the actual plan?

Speaking to NPR, Barone mentioned how he doesn’t want to “definitively say that the book is ever closed” on Stardew because he might one day “have a desire to come back and maybe add a thing or two”:

Talking Point: What Are You Playing This Weekend? (25th January)

This week might not have brought us the Switch 2 bonanza that dominated the last, but there was still plenty to talk about in the world of Nintendo.

Xbox Is “Really Looking Forward” To Supporting Switch 2

Phil Spencer: “We love the work that we do with Nintendo”.

Since Nintendo’s Switch 2 announcement last week, multiple companies have revealed they’ll be backing this next-generation hybrid system. Now, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer has officially confirmed Xbox’s support.

Speaking on the Gamertag Radio podcast this week, Spencer mentioned how Microsoft was “really looking forward” to supporting Nintendo with Xbox’s software library. This continues Xbox’s mission to bring “more” of the tech giant’s games to “more platforms”:

EA’s Share Price Plummets After Reports Of Disappointing Financial Performance

A drop of over 16%.

EA’s share price has taken a bit of a tumble after the publisher announced it woud be revising its financial outlook following disappointing sales of EA Sports FC 25 and Dragon Age: The Veilguard.

In just a single day, the company’s share price dropped by more than 16% from 142.35 USD to 118.58 USD. Things are levelling out somewhat at the time of writing, but it certainly marks one of the most volatile downturns in the company’s history.
