The first content update ‘Sights, Sounds, and Speed’ has officially been released for Sonic Frontiers on the Nintendo Switch.
If you missed the initial announcement, this free DLC update adds new challenge modes (Cyber Space Challenge and Battle Rush), a new photo mode – allowing you to capture special moments throughout the Starfall Islands and a Jukebox.

Nibbling away.
If you’ve ever wanted a Slowpoke summoning circle or a Slowpoke crown, well then, we have the toy for you. Bandai has revealed it’s releasing a plastic Pokémon model for Slowpoke, and it can latch onto other Slowpoke toys by biting their tails.
Shared by PokéJungle on Twitter, the plastic model (from Bandai Spirits via the Bandai Hobby site) is 120mm in length once put together and is slightly curved so that when you attach it to multiple Slowpokes, it will form a circle. It comes with four different eye stickers, so you can give it a handful of different expressions, too. It’s pretty adorable, but it’s only been announced for Japan so far.

Developer and publisher COWCAT Games has announced that BROK the InvestiGator has received a new update that introduces a range of accessibility features for visually impaired players.
The update is available now and adds full narration via text-to-speech, along with adapted puzzles, tutorials, and positional audio during fights. Here’s a look at everything included in the new update:

Wave 4 is almost here.
Wave 4 of the Fire Emblem Engage Expansion Pass lands on 4th April — or 5th April in Europe. And for Fire Emblem fans, this is likely the most exciting addition yet, as it brings in brand-new story content.
In an ominous trailer, which starts off with “your grave”, the Fell Xenologue will bring more story content to the base game, which is separate from the chapter structure, and will introduce brand new characters Ned and Nil. The pair say there are seven ‘Emblem Bracelets’, and four are missing — meaning there may well be some characters coming back to the fray.

Hideki Kamiya is known for making quite bullish claims, but this one definitely takes the biscuit.
As spotted by Kotaku, the Bayonetta creator recently took to Twitter and made a rather bold claim (i.e joke) that Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon would cause an “unprecedented marriage boom” and help solve Japan’s declining birth rate. Ooh, matron.

It’s a Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero crossover.
Bandai Namco’s online multiplayer title Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is still getting regular content updates, and the next one, due out 23rd March, adds new raid quests and much more.
Players can look forward to a new Awoken Skill: Beast, new costumes, new CC mascot (including 7 new variants) and a whopping 51 loading screen illustrations. As you can see in the trailer above it will add VS Cell Max.

Better late than never.
Last month during a Direct broadcast, Nintendo finally locked in a release date for Advance Wars 1+2 Re-Boot Camp, confirming the two-in-one title would be coming to Switch on 21st April 2023.
If you are worried about any last-minute setbacks (again), it seems the game is now officially in the all-clear. Nintendo’s Twitter account has reassured fans there’s now “just one month” to go until this classic series makes its grand return.

Spring into action.
Marvelous Europe has launched a brand new trailer for Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life, this time looking in depth at the different seasons you’ll be enjoying as you embark on your new life on the farm.
You’ll be starting your journey in Forgotten Valley (uh… what happened to ‘Forget-Me-Not?) in Spring, getting to grips with all the gameplay mechanics as you acquaint yourself with the local residents. Summer will see your farm and relationships flourish, Autumn is when you’ll enjoy the plentiful bounties of your hard work, and Winter will be a time for making memories. At least, this is what the trailer says, so..!
