Two Tomb Raider spin-offs are due out this year.
Back in October 2021, Square Enix announced it would be releasing Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light and Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris on the Nintendo Switch. Both titles ended up getting delayed last year until 2023, and now there appears to be another development.

It’s achieved this milestone in less than a month!
The Super Mario Bros. Movie was expected to reach $1 billion in global box office sales and it seems it will achieve this milestone by the end of the weekend.
According to a new update from Deadline, the Universal, Illumination and Nintendo movie will surpass the billion-dollar mark by Sunday, making it the first movie of 2023 to reach this figure. If all goes to plan, it will have taken just 26 days to achieve this.

Look, I’m all for originality. The video game industry is lousy with sequels and remasters and reboots and rejigs, and despite its ‘surprise and delight’ MO, Nintendo is just as guilty of re-releasing past works as any other publisher. There’s little that’s less imaginative than giving an old classic a fresh lick of paint and some mod-cons.

It’s been a busy week for the physical distributor Limited Run Games and to top it off the company has now announced a hard copy of GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon.
There’ll be a standard copy ($39.99) and classic edition ($64.99) up for grabs. The classic edition will come with a soundtrack, art cards, an art book and features a classic Konami silver box. Pre-orders will go live on 5th May.

Lighting strikes twice.
When the original Teslagrad released in 2013, the indie game scene was in a very different place. Long before modern Indie Worlds and Nindie Showcases and games from small developers put out by billion-dollar publishers, indie games still felt very much independent. The original game — recently re-released in Remastered form — always stood out as one of the more notable titles from a small dev, especially on the Wii U eShop. Now, a decade later, we’re in a different landscape. With the surprise release of Teslagrad 2, the question then is whether Norwegian studio Rain Games is able to capture lightning in a bottle once more.
Teslagrad 2 follows Lumina, a young girl who gets attacked by Vikings on her travels. She becomes stranded on Wyrmheim, a world heavily inspired by Scandinavia. Here she is tasked with harnessing and upgrading her electromagnetic powers to explore the world and find a way back home to her family.

This includes Attack on Titan, Attack On Titan 2 and additional content including the upgrade pack. This price drop also covers all platforms, including the Switch eShop.

We’ve already had a bunch of fun new heroes and an all-new challenge mode added through the first three waves of add-on content, and now it’s time to tuck into the real meat of your Expansion Pass.
Much like Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna – The Golden Country, with Future Redeemed (which arrives in the fourth and final DLC wave and will be the focus of this review) we’re treated to a prequel expansion that gives Xenoblade aficionados plenty to get excited about with some of the series’ most beloved characters returning, dramatic revelations aplenty and enough jaw-dropping spectacle to fill several lesser RPGs.
